This hotel is close to the main train station. A tram stop outside made sightseeing very accessible. A fabulous breakfast is served each morning. The front desk staff is helpful. AMAZING.

The hotel had problems processing payment. I received a phone call to return as if i had done something wrong. There was little customer service at that point. I never received a call from the manager.
